'Oh, Mitt Romney is not going to be president of the United States,' said House minority leader to Candy Crowley

When Nancy Pelosi gives a television interview she usually comes out with a few red-meat zingers, and yesterday's chitchat with CNN's Candy Crowley was no exception.

"Oh, Mitt Romney is not going to be president of the United States," she told Crowley cavalierly. "I think everybody knows that."

Pelosi also unleashed an extended attack on Republicans in Congress, whom she says "do not believe in a public role."
